WORKOUTS FROM THE WEST COAST

I am not even going to know where to begin about my trip but let me just say it was beyond fantastic and I think I laughed more than I ever have in my life!! I can’t wait to go through all my photos and start sharing them but that currently seems quite overwhelming. Especially considering I still have to finish posting about my previous vacation! I suppose for now I will just make this a workout update so that I can keep that current, then I will finish my last couple Florida/Georgia vacation posts and then I will finally get around to the PNW. I suppose I ought to stop going so many places…like that will happen. 😉

Here are the workout basics for the past 5 days-

  • Thursday: 5 hours of hiking (estimating as 3 miles)
  • Friday: 1.5 mile walk/jog (mostly walking)
  • Saturday: 2 1/2 hour hike (estimating as 2 miles)
  • Sunday: 2 mile jog

I will get on those other posts quickly but most likely not today because I am TI-RED and feeling pretty lazy. 🙂

754/1,400 miles. 155/150 running miles.
