WORKOUT UPDATE

Sunday Morning

Yesterday we covered 7.3 miles (not including my 1 mile run.) This morning I did ZWOW 3 in our upstairs apartment! Luckily it was one that didn’t include too much jumping around! It was a pyramid workout that went like this

  • 5 split squat jumps
  • 5 weighted one leg lunges
  • 5 pushups/supermans
  • 5 skaters

Then do 10 of each, then 15 of each, then 10 of each and finish with 5 of each. Whew! A good way to start the day. If I am going to be eating and drinking what I want I had better earn it! 🙂
