WORKOUT UPDATE

Saturday Evening

Today was an absolutely wonderful day with my mom, but more on that later!! For now just a quick workout update! Yesterday was 30 minutes on the gazelle, lots of random jumping jacks/high knees/pushups/weights at naptime (no real stats there), 30 minutes on the treadmill (ran 1 mile then walked the rest at an incline for 2.2 miles, 227 calories) and then a 22 minute walk (1.1 miles, 151 calories).

This morning I got up pretty early, had some grapes and a slice of toast with PB and headed to the gym. I did 15 minutes on the treadmill (ran a mile then walked the rest) then 15 minutes on the arc trainer for a combined total of 2.22 miles and 205 calories. When I got home I got ready quickly and headed to Indy with Mom, but that’s a post for later! 🙂

501.5 miles. 46.5/200 running miles.
