Wednesday Afternoon

Did my Insanity for today! I could still feel the burn in my shoulders from Monday today and I can tell it’s just going to get a little more sore before it gets better… Today I did .78 miles and 184 calories.

For lunch I made a big bowl of couscous!



Still going through that container of awesome saffron & chive couscous and have about a serving left! This is so good every. time.


I mixed in a good amount of flaxseed to get some fiber to hep with satiety since the couscous is not whole wheat. Ground flaxseed is so great for that and it just blends right in and you’d never have a clue it was there!



Hoping for a lovely afternoon for the kids to play outside and then a nice evening to get my outdoor fitness on!
