Sunday Afternoon

A great service at church this morning! I love when you know God is teaching you things and working in your life! When we got home we fixed up some lunch. Zach heated up the Thai Smile leftovers but I decided to eat a little lighter.


I made 3 slices of turkey bacon.


Then I fried one egg to eat on a slice of Ezekiel bread spread with nayonnaise. Like an open-faced fried egg sandwich!


Tasty and gone too soon 🙂 After lunch I decided to skip the gym and put Zach through a REAL workout! 😉 Enter ZWOW 57 – aptly titled “I Made it Without Vomiting.” The rundown:

  • 10 burpees
  • 15 jump lunges
  • 20 push-ups
  • 30 mountain climbers
  • 40 air squats

Do this 4 times through as fast as possible. We did it in just under 18 minutes and it was torture! The good kind. The jump lunges were getting ridiculous by the end. Zach thought it was SUPER hard and was very impressed. 🙂 Burned 123 calories and it was a fantastic, tough workout!
