Thursday Afternoon

Chugging along with my day, how about you? I decided on an egg white omelet for lunch today.

It was packed with goodness! Some gouda, some FF mozzarella, one slice of turkey bacon, some yellow pepper, fresh basil and of course S+P. Topped off with cherry tomatoes!

Wanted to do a quick but good workout for this afternoon so I chose one of the shorter intense ZWOW’s – ZWOW 51 Tone and Stretch Workout. I have done this one in the past and it’s 14 minutes of intensity!

  • Strict Mountain Climbers – 100 reps
  • Pike leg lifts – 10 reps (2 X)
  • Burpees – 10 reps
  • Pike leg lifts – 10 reps (2 X)
  • Burpees – 10 reps
  • Pike leg lifts – 10 reps (2 X)
  • Burpees – 10 reps
  • Mini air squats – 50 reps
  • Dive bombers – 10 reps
  • Mini air squats – 50 reps
  • Dive bombers – 10 reps
  • Strict mountain climbers – 100 reps

I did this and burned 90 calories (more than the last time I did it!) but not enough distance to chalk up a half mile!

Speaking of mileage, I didn’t update last night! It was 210.5 miles.
