THIS AND THAT

Tuesday Afternoon

One of those lunches that is just made of random ingredients but all comes together was what happened today.

In the mug we have broccoli and cauliflower with just a sprinkling of cheese blend.

In the bowl is Indian spiced quinoa from last week with a runny egg.

I love how long this quinoa dish can last since it doesn’t really have any quickly perishable ingredients in it. Still so flavorful as well!

This afternoon I am not doing an organized workout, I am going to be doing lots and lots of toning/strength moves with my dumbbells. I am really wanting to get some good strength done today. Planning on pushing these arms until they wear out!
