PEANUT, PEANUT BUTTER…AND JELLY

Tuesday Morning

For as tired as I felt right when I woke up, I had a great morning workout. The 30 minutes on the gazelle felt fast and good! Not as good as breakfast though…

PB&J oats 🙂

1/3 C rolled oats, 1/2 C unsweetened almond milk, 1/4 C water, a pinch of sea salt and half a banana to start. Then a tsp. of PB, flaxseed, cinnamon and vanilla mixed in. Finally topped with the very last of some Whole Food’s blueberry jam + a baby spoon of Justin’s hazelnut.

They need to change that “best part of waking up” jingle from being about Folger’s coffee to being about oatmeal instead. I am already looking forward to getting to cook dinner tonight… 🙂
