LIMITED TIME MEANS LEFTOVERS

Monday Evening

I ended up doing 29 minutes on the gazelle this afternoon and then 32 minutes on the treadmill at the gym. I ran for a mile and then walked the rest at a fast pace at an incline for a total of 2.5 miles and 241 calories burned. I’m now 3.5/200 miles to 2014 and with the two gazelle sessions + treadmill I am 20.5/100 miles for the Tone It Up challenge!!

Zach was gone tonight at a soccer meeting and I had a limited amount of time before running off to Bible study so it was a perfect night for leftovers!

Last night’s (almost) General Tso’s chicken and broccoli was just as good for dinner tonight. 🙂

Bible study was great (we are starting the book of John!) and now I am home enjoying some popcorn and settling in with a book!
